Help Desk Technician (Tier 1 & 2)
Full-Time · NYC, NJ & CT
Support end-users across managed IT clients in healthcare, finance and professional services. Remote and on-site troubleshooting, device setup and ticket resolution.
Network Engineer
Full-Time · NYC, NJ & CT
Design, deploy and maintain network infrastructure for SMB clients. Cisco/Fortinet, structured cabling, VLANs and switching experience preferred.
Cybersecurity Analyst
Full-Time · NYC, NJ & CT
Monitor, assess and remediate threats across client environments. Support HIPAA, SOC 2 and NIST compliance initiatives and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Field Technician – Low-Voltage & Cabling
Full-Time · NYC, NJ & CT
Install and terminate structured cabling and fiber at commercial sites. Experience with Cat5e/Cat6, patch panels and network closet builds.
Security Systems Technician (CCTV & Access Control)
Full-Time · NYC, NJ & CT
Install, configure and service IP camera systems, access control panels and intercoms for commercial clients across the tri-state area.
Systems Administrator
Full-Time · NYC, NJ & CT
Manage Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and endpoint platforms. Support cloud migration and backup/DR for SMB clients across healthcare, finance and legal.
