With 26 years in the technology industry, Phil built Solved IT on a straightforward conviction: that businesses in this community deserved a technology partner with the same depth and accountability that enterprise companies take for granted — without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise runaround.

Diosvany Pallet serves as Chief Information Security Officer and Co-President of Solved IT, bringing 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and technology leadership to the businesses Solved IT serves. As CISO, Diosvany is responsible for the security architecture, compliance programs, and risk management frameworks that underpin everything Solved IT delivers — from managed IT engagements to physical security installations.
