Jeremin Gil is the Client Success Manager at Solved IT, responsible for the ongoing health and satisfaction of every client relationship the company holds. With 13 years of experience in EA and account management, Jeremin serves as the primary point of contact between Solved IT clients and the full breadth of the team behind them — making sure the service being delivered matches the standard that was committed to, and that clients always have someone who knows their account and is actively looking out for them.
Jeremin manages client onboarding, quarterly business reviews, account health monitoring, and the day-to-day relationship between clients and Solved IT’s delivery teams. She is the person clients call when they want to understand what’s happening across their account, when they have feedback about the service, or when something needs to escalate beyond the helpdesk. Her job is to make sure that no client ever feels like they’re being managed by a ticket system instead of a team that knows who they are.
Jeremin’s measure of success is simple: a client who started with Solved IT five years ago and has never considered leaving. Getting there means being proactive — flagging issues before clients notice them, bringing recommendations before clients ask, and treating every account review as an opportunity to make the relationship stronger, not just to check a box.
