Partners & Certifications

The Credentials Behind Every Solution We Deliver.

Our certifications aren't wall decorations. They represent the specific expertise your technology environment — and your compliance obligations — require.

Technology decisions have consequences — for your operations, your security posture, and in many industries, your regulatory standing. The certifications our team holds and the vendor partnerships we maintain exist for one reason: to make sure every recommendation we give you, every system we install, and every environment we manage meets the standard your business actually requires. We don’t subcontract to people we haven’t vetted. Every installation is done by our own certified team.

Why Our Credentials Matter to You.

In managed IT and physical security, credentials aren’t just about competence — they signal accountability. A CISSP-certified cybersecurity professional carries legal and ethical obligations to maintain that certification. A BICSI RCDD-credentialed designer is held to an international standard for cabling and communications infrastructure. A Microsoft Gold Partner has demonstrated consistent client outcomes across Microsoft environments.

For regulated industries — healthcare, financial services, legal — working with certified partners isn’t optional. It’s how you demonstrate due diligence. And for every business, it’s the difference between a vendor who installs what’s cheap and a team that installs what’s right.

CISSP

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

This certification is proof of being able to design, implement, and manage a best-in-class cybersecurity program.

In the USA, this certification is comparable to a Master’s level qualification. That’s how serious it is, and why we’re so proud that multiple members of our team have earned it.

LCCA Cert Badge

Lead CMMC Certified Assessor (LCCA)

The LCCA is the highest-tier designation in the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework — the DoD’s standard for cybersecurity compliance among defense contractors and their supply chains. LCCA holders are authorized to lead official CMMC Level 2 assessments, interpret complex compliance requirements, and issue final determinations on behalf of accredited C3PAOs. For Solved IT clients in regulated or government-adjacent industries, this credential represents a depth of cybersecurity compliance expertise that most MSPs simply do not have access to.

RCDD Badge 600x600 (1)

BICSI RCDD — Registered Communications Distribution Designer

The RCDD is the internationally recognized gold standard for ICT infrastructure design, issued by BICSI — the global authority on communications infrastructure. Earning it requires verified full-time experience in ICT design, a prerequisite BICSI certification, and passing a comprehensive exam covering structured cabling standards, pathway systems, grounding, data center infrastructure, and wireless design. When Solved IT designs your cabling — whether a new office buildout, server room, or physical security infrastructure — that design is produced by an RCDD-credentialed designer working to ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC standards, not approximated on the fly.

Strategic Partnerships

How We Select and Work With Our Partners.

We don’t recommend vendors because of commission structures or preferred pricing agreements. We recommend vendors because we’ve deployed them, we’ve seen how they hold up in real environments, and we’ve built the expertise to configure and support them at a level that protects you when something goes wrong.

Every vendor relationship we maintain goes through the same filter: Does this product consistently perform for our clients’ environments? Is the vendor’s support structure responsive enough to back our SLAs? Can we deploy and manage it in a way that integrates cleanly with everything else in your technology stack?

When a vendor doesn’t meet that standard, we stop recommending them — regardless of the commercial relationship.
