15. SMS / Text Messaging

SolvedIT (a brand of Smart Start Networks Inc.) offers customers and prospective customers the option to receive text (SMS) messages.

How you opt in: When you provide your mobile phone number through the chat widget on our website, you may consent to receive text messages from SolvedIT. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Types of messages: We send customer care and service-related messages only – for example, replies to support requests, ticket and service status updates, appointment scheduling and coordination, and follow-ups related to an inquiry you submitted. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
